Free Delivery!!! Mainland UK only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands.
Mattresses are usually dispatched within 7-14 business days.

Returns
Once mattresses have been unrolled & unpackaged we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and decontamination reasons.
Faulty or damaged mattresses will be replaced with unfaulty or undamaged mattresses.
Mattresses can be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in as new condition and we must be notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. Mattresses can be returned under these terms for any reason within the 7 days of receiving the item at the customers own cost and a refund will be given.
Mattresses which are made to order, specially made or made to a non standard or special size at the customers request cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Specially made Replacement mattresses for folding beds or folding sofa beds etc.. cannot be returned if the customer finds that it is not suitable for any reason. We recommend that the customer take great care with selecting the correct length, width and depth.
